• The Leadership Team module finishes at 11am.

• The VXP module runs from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Free for prospective members of Leadership and Chapter Management Teams

This Leadership & VXP Team training will help both current and future Chapter Management Team members clearly understand the processes which are at work in the dynamics of the chapter, and give focus onto how each member can play a striking and successful part in making a good team a Super Team.

With three new chapters to launch in the next 6 weeks, a VXP initiative in April / May and a whole new Leadership rotation starting on 1st April 2010, this is a required attendance for those who want to take up a formal Leadership role in any SW Midlands chapter.
